No, i just included nifti1.h, nifti1_io.h/c and znzlib.h/c to my project.
And put a #define HAVE_ZLIB in the nifti1_io.h.

The files are the normal datasets i can already load, just zipped with gzip.

I'm trying to get the nifti_tool but somehow fail to find a download link :)
