Where does this data come from (someone else, directly from the
scanner, created by software that you used (and if so, what))?
Try to verify that the dataset has a valid format.
If you were on a Unix system, I would suggest using nifti_tool
to check the contents of the header. But I expect you are using
windows. If that is the case, please feel free to upload a
single dataset, and I will evaluate the header and reply via
email.
If you would like to do that, the upload site is under the AFNI
section of our website, at:
http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/upload
If you would rather not, then try to see what other software
packages say about the dataset (AFNI or FSL, say, if possible).
