Hi Shawn,
Do you just want to view dataset? AFNI is not well supported in the
Windows environment, though there is a set of binaries compiled for
cygwin. You also have the option of using VMware. But in any case,
that might be a lot of work just to view it.
If you want to process the data, AFNI via VMware may be the way to go.
But if you just want to view it, consider something like Mricron. I
have never used it, just for the record...
